Cronin adds Dartmouth-Hitchchock Health and Dunkin' to its client roster

Healthcare and restaurant expertise fuel agency growth

GLASTONBURY, CONN./June 8, 2020 – Cronin, Connecticut’s largest independent full-service marketing agency, has acquired two new agency of record (AOR) relationships expanding its already robust healthcare and restaurant portfolio. The agency has been named AOR for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH), New Hampshire’s largest academic health system which serves a population of 1.9 million across New England, and AOR for public relations and social media for Dunkin’ for the Hartford/New Haven and Springfield, Mass. DMAs representing 518 restaurants.

Likewise, Cronin has extensive category experience in the quick service restaurant industry having served as McDonald’s public relations AOR for 17 years in Connecticut and Western Mass. as well as four years in the greater Albany, NY area. As AOR for Dunkin’, Cronin is responsible for the planning and implementation of all local PR and social media initiatives to achieve the brand’s business objectives including driving traffic and building positive brand awareness.
