Goodbye National Coffee Day; hello National Dunkin’ Day. To support Dunkin’s bold declaration of the annual beverage holiday, Cronin executed an intensive public relations campaign to ensure Dunkin’ “owned” the day. Media outreach, geo-targeted social promotion, influencer marketing, grassroots outreach and partnerships were all put into play in a bold move to demonstrate why Dunkin’ is America’s favorite caffeinated brew.
