With more visitors than any individual branch, Liberty Bank’s website is a critical first impression for prospective customers as well as the entry point to servicing. The stakes and the bar were high for this project. Customer research, user experience strategy, website design and copywriting that reinforced the brand were important elements to the strategic and technical overhaul of the site.
